This doe was one I knew I was retaining the instant she was born! She's put together beautifully and I feel she might be something very special. She's polled and as an extra bonus she has the best personality, incredibly friendly. She freshened as a yearling with a gorgeous mammary, well attached with a lovely shape, good medial and nice sized teats. Her udder texture is truly incredibly, and overall she has the finest, butter soft wrinkly dairy skin. She peaked at 1.6lbs on a 12 hr fill and is maintaining lactation well at over a quart a day.
Revel has continued to impress in her 2nd freshening, milking 5.25lbs in her CGS 1 day milk test, easily earning her milk star.
Revel took first place yearling milker and best udder of breed in the (online) Chilliwack Fair goat show. At our 2022 CGS Classification, Revel scored VG88 (EVVV).
I'm very pleased with this doe and can't wait to see further freshenings!
