We lost Psyche along with Kismet and Moon in a tragic incident on April 16th 2019. Devastated by the loss.
Psyche is Kismet's maternal half sister and we are absolutely thrilled to have had the opportunity to purchase her! She is overflowing with personality, incredibly friendly and goofy.
Her dam is Potting Shed FG Maggie VG 89, who as a 4th freshener was producing 3 liters of milk a day at her peak. Maggie's full littermate sister Maxie was Grand Champion at the 2017 Canadian East National Show. Maggie's doelings from 2016 won East National Junior Champion (one was left dry) and first place yearling milker.
Psyche's sire is Kaapio Acres HH Jackmanii, a US Import buck from impressive lines. His sire Kaapio Acres Hot Habanero is a permanent champion and +B buck. Jackmanii's littermate sister Kaapio Acres HH Honey Dew LA'd VEEE 91 and has multiple show wins under her belt. Another Jackmanii half sister, Kaapio Acres HH Redemption, just made it on the 2018 ADGA Top Ten for production, producing 1,340lbs in 305 days. In 2014 she produced 8.1lbs in a one day test, setting a record as an AGS Breed Leader.
